Reading Response Trifolds for 40 Favorite Chapter Books: Reproducible Independent Reading Management Tools That Guide Students to Use Essential ... to Literature (Teaching Resources) Review

Help kids get the most out of independent reading with these trifold “bookmarks” for 40 chapter books. Targeting Guided Reading Levels K-Q, there are bookmarks for Freckle Juice, 26 Fairmount Avenue, and The Hundred Dresses, as well as the first books from several series including My America, The Magic Treehouse, Cam Jansen, and Jigsaw Jones. Each trifold is divided into manageable reading assignments, which are linked to an appropriate reading strategy—such as visualizing, predicting, or making inferences. Literature-response and comprehension questions then reinforce the strategy. They are a snap to use and will save teachers hours of preparation! For use with Grades 2-3.
